- We write honest, professional reviews of your book(s). We do not promise a positive or rave review as readers value our honest opinions
- The only genres/types of books that we do not review at this time are: Short Story Collections and Business & Finance
- Only the authors themselves, are permitted to submit their books for FREE reviews
- We do not write "ghost" reviews
- Only bound, print copies are acceptable formats for review; ARC’s and bound Galleys are also acceptable - we are sorry but no e-Books at this time
- We only review books printed in English at this time
- Please do not ask us to review your book if it has not been carefully edited. We reserve the right to refuse to review a book that has not received sufficient editing (refunds/credits will not be given)
- Attribution Credit - unless otherwise stated, all reviews, author interviews, etc. are to be attributed to Pinnacle: Author & Book Promotion
- Our fees are charged to offset the costs of running Pinnacle: Author & Book Promotion and to reimburse us for our time spent promoting you and your books
- All fees/prices are quoted in US dollars
- If you do not have a PayPal account, you may pay by: International Postal Money Order or US Bank Draft Negotiable in Canada made payable to: Bobbie Crawford-McCoy
- The review copy of your book becomes the property of Pinnacle: Author & Book Promotion as soon as it has been received
- Payment must be made and the review copy must be received (where applicable) by Pinnacle: Author & Book Promotion before the review process/services/advertisement can begin
- We highly recommend that all packages (payments/books) have a tracking number attached. Pinnacle: Author & Book Promotion will not be responsible for any lost or stolen mail

Please send the print format, review copy of your book (if applicable) within 2-4 weeks. We would appreciate a brief email to let us know when the book is on its way.
