No, absolutely not. We provide honest, professional reviews and author services. We do not promise a positive or rave review of your book(s) as readers value our honest opinions. We write honest reviews of your book; it will earn a rating based on its merit.

What types of books DON'T you review and promote on PINNACLE?
The only genres/types of books that we do not review at this time are: Short Story Collections and Business & Finance books.
I was wondering; can I submit a book for a free review, even though I am not the author?
Only the authors themselves are permitted to submit their books for FREE reviews.
Do you write "ghost" book reviews?
No, I am sorry but we do not write ghost reviews.
What are the acceptable formats for review copies on PINNACLE?
Bound, print copies are acceptable formats for review; ARC’s and bound Galleys are also acceptable. We also accept e-Books (Adobe® PDF, Microsoft® Word, BBeB® Book and other text file formats, as well as ePub/ACS4 and connection with Adobe Digital Editions.
Can you review my book, even though it is written in French?
I am sorry, we only review books printed in English at this time.
My book has several grammatical errors, structure and spelling mistakes...is this a problem?
Please do not ask us to review your book if it has not been carefully edited. We reserve the right to refuse to review or promote a book that has not received sufficient editing (refunds/credits will not be given).
Who do I attribute the reviews and promotions to?
Attribution Credit is given to Pinnacle: Author & Book Promotion unless otherwise stated.
Why do you charge for writing reviews and for the promotion packages?
Our fees are charged to offset the costs of running Pinnacle: Author & Book Promotion and to compensate us for the time spent reviewing and promoting you and your books in a professional, timely manner.
What happens to the review copy of my book, once you've received it?
The review copy of your book becomes the property of Pinnacle: Author & Book Promotion as soon as it has been received and will not be returned to you.
Can I pay the required fee after you have completed the work for me?
No, full payment must be made and the review copy must be received (where applicable) by Pinnacle: Author & Book Promotion before the review process/author services/advertisement can begin.
Should I insure the mail that I send to PINNACLE?
We highly recommend that all packages (payments/books) have a tracking number attached, but it is completely up to you if you would like to insure any packages. Pinnacle: Author & Book Promotion will not be responsible for any lost or stolen mail.
